Our mission
Know the deal
before you dial.
We built CloserCheck because too many good reps give months of their lives to comp plans nobody would put in writing.
Why we exist
You've seen the posts. "Uncapped." "Six figures." "Be your own boss." Then you start dialing and find out the rate was never set, the payout date keeps slipping, and the leads were a spreadsheet from 2019.
Reps don't get burned because they can't sell. They get burned because the deal was vague from day one. We think the deal should be clear before you pick up the phone, not three unpaid months later.
Who it's for
SDRs, BDRs, AEs, inside sales reps, closers, setters and 1099 independent reps. Whether it's commission-only or base + commission, if your paycheck depends on what you close, this is for you.
New to sales and trying to dodge the traps? Veteran closer sizing up your next seat? Same question either way: what's the actual deal?
Where the jobs come from
Public postings only. Job boards, company career pages, applicant-tracking boards and job aggregators. Right now we've graded 54 listings from 20 different sources.
Every listing links to the original posting. Don't take our word for it. Read it yourself.
How grading works
- A public rubric. Every check and every point is on the rubric page.
- Only what's in writing. If the posting doesn't say it, it doesn't count. Promises on a call aren't a comp plan.
- Money never changes a grade. Not from employers, not from sponsors, not from anyone.
- Fix the posting, get re-scored. When an employer updates their terms, we re-grade it publicly.
What we don't do
Your next deal starts with the truth.
